What one-piece moulding gives you

The shell is moulded as a single piece rather than assembled from panels. There is no seam running across the body, the surface reads as one continuous form, and the structure does not depend on the joints holding. It is the detail buyers notice at arm's length, which is where a flagship case is actually judged.

Carbon fibre and the aluminium frame together

Carbon fibre is stiff and light; the aluminium frame gives the two halves a rigid edge to close against, with a TSA code lock set into it and black aluminium alloy hardware through the build. The combination keeps the weight down without giving up the structural line that a frame closure provides.

What can and cannot be changed

This model is built on a fixed tool. The carbon fibre shell, the aluminium frame, the black aluminium alloy hardware and the pull rod are designed around that tool and are not open to change, and 20 inch is the size it is built in.

The lining and the colour of the wheels and pull rod are what stay open: tell us the lining material and the hardware colour you want and we will confirm both in the quotation. A different shell, a different size or a different hardware set is a new development rather than a variant of this model, and would be scoped separately.

Where this model fits

Real carbon fibre is a specification-led purchase. It suits a brand building a halo product, a corporate or incentive gifting programme, and retail where the material story is part of the price. It is not the model to lead a volume range with.

Factory capability behind the model

30,000 m² and 200 staff, with vacuum-forming, injection, sheet, sewing and assembly lines in one plant. Carbon fibre sits at the top of a range that also covers ABS, ABS+PC, PC, PP and aluminium, so a brand can place its flagship and its volume line with the same supplier.

Is this real carbon fibre or a carbon-look finish?
Real carbon fiber, one-piece moulded. It is not a printed or dipped effect.

Can I change the wheels or the pull rod?
No. On this tool they are fixed. Customisation on the 01 is limited to the lining and to the colour of the wheels and pull rod.

Is only 20 inch available?
Yes. The 20 inch is what this tool builds and what we hold in stock.
