One shell, three material options
The SA320 exists so that one tooling investment can serve more than one market. The identical shell is produced in ABS, in ABS+PC, and in 100% PC. A buyer running an entry range and a mid range can order the same silhouette twice, at two different material grades, and keep the set consistent on shelf while the cost base stays under control.
Because the shell shape does not change between the three, colour, lining and packaging decisions carry across the whole range instead of having to be re-engineered per price point.
What an OEM order covers
As an OEM-only model, the SA320 is produced against your order rather than sold from stock. The usual programme covers your logo and branding, shell colour, lining specification, packaging and the size combination you want to sell. Tell us the market and the price point you are aiming at, and we will tell you which of the three material grades fits it.
What is fixed and what is open
SA320 is a vacuum-formed shell. The wheels and the trolley are shaped to fit the mould, so their design is fixed on this model — their colour can be specified with the order. The shell material, the exterior colour, the lining and the lock stay open to the buyer.
Sampling and lead time
Standard sampling runs 3 days. Where a custom shell, colour match or new component is involved, sampling runs from 14 days. Bulk production is scheduled once samples are signed off.
Factory capability behind the set
30,000 m² of production space, 200 staff, five injection machines, two sheet lines, twelve vacuum-forming machines, sixty sewing stations and eight assembly lines. Shell production, lining, assembly and packing sit under one roof, which is why a set can be corrected late in a programme without re-quoting the whole order.

Is the SA320 available from stock?
No. This model is produced to order, OEM only, with a minimum of 250 sets.
Can I order ABS for one size and PC for another?
Yes. The shell is the same shape in all three materials, so a mixed-material set is a production decision rather than a new mould.
Can the set be split into different size combinations?
Yes. 20, 24 and 28 inch are the standard sizes; tell us the combination your market sells and we will confirm it in the quotation.
